Returns
We want you to feel confident in your Moderie pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains, fragrance, deodorant marks, pet hair, and damage, with original tags and packaging included.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in original condition to qualify for a return. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and any items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If your order arrived with an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we may not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll review it and help make it right.
