Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
U.S. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Free Shipping
Free U.S. shipping may be available on qualifying orders. The current free-shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout and in the site announcement bar.
Delivery Estimates
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We'll help review the shipment and guide you through the next steps.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Moderie is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will do our best to help if you contact us quickly.
International Shipping
At this time, Moderie does not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future.
